  1. King Prawn stack (GF) Mooloolaba king prawns, crispy potato rosti, avocado, cocktail aioli and watercress
  2. Peking Duck Confit water pancakes, chilli, shallot, cherry soy and star anise glaze
  3. BBQ Mooloolaba King Prawns  (Gf on request) with pork belly croquette and smoked chilli aioli
  4. King Fish Sashimi (GF) with/coconut, lime and green nam jim
  5. Crispy Fried Squid (GF) with caramelised nam jim and asian herbs
  6. Zucchini flowers (V can be GF) stuffed with four Italian cheeses on a fennel and beetroot risotto
  7. Middle Eastern Lamb Back strap (GF) smoked hummus, roasted pumpkin, pomegranate and mint
  8. Seared Scallops (GF on req) ginger and shallot, soy reduction, pork crumb and  Jerusalem artichoke puree

  1. Eye Fillet Steak (GF) with café de paris butter, chat potatoes and red wine jus
  2. Crispy Skinned Pork Belly (GF) with balsamic glaze, broccolini and mashed potatoes
  3. Kangaroo Fillet (GF) sweet potato mash, dutch carrots, beetroot marmalade and jus
  4. Lemon and Oregano Roasted Chicken (GF) Roasted dutch carrots, Spiced chickpeas, Hazelnuts and lemon
  5. Cone Bay Barramundi Fillet (GF) Preserved lemon risotto, beurre blanc and gremolata
  6. Bbq Lamb Rump (GF) pea puree, baby beets and whipped goats cheese
  7. Moroccan Salmon Fillet (GF) chermoula crusted with beetroot, fennel, cress, almonds, yoghurt  and paprika oil
  8. Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi (V) pumpkin puree, burnt butter, crispy sage, walnuts and feta
  9. Duck Breast  (GF on req)   (add $3 )parsnip puree, orange soy  braised witlof and five spice jus
