Rocksalt is a well-established restaurant of over 10 years owned by The Rix & Filetti families.
Meet Aron and Vanessa Filetti, the faces and operators of Rocksalt. Aron is the Head Chef and Vanessa runs front of house.
Running the restaurant together for over 10 years, Aron and Vanessa have combined their love and passion for the food and beverage industry and created the amazing Rocksalt Restaurant.
Aron and his team create consistently great and innovative food and, when paired with Vanessa’s passion for exceptional customer service, they really do make the best team.
The Rocksalt group all work closely together daily to ensure that every visit to Rocksalt is amazing.

Our large and spacious restaurant allows you to feel separate from the other diners, whilst still enjoying the ambiance
and atmosphere that Rocksalt exudes. You can request to sit upstairs on our Mezzanine level, downstairs in
one of our comfy booth areas or on our lovely Deck area – so many options depending on your needs.
We can accommodate groups of any size, from 4 people up to 150 people – we have you covered. With our unique restaurant design you can also select where you would like to be seated:

There's no better gift than the gift of Rocksalt!
At Rocksalt we do both physical vouchers and E-Gift cards. You can pop into our restaurant at any time and buy one in person, or you can follow the link on the right which will take you to our voucher portal.
All vouchers are valid for 3 years and can either be partially or fully redeemed all year long!
